摘　　要：血管内皮生长刚子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）是一种重要的调节多种内皮功能的血管生长因子。腑缺血后，VEGF不仅能促进血管内皮细胞增殖和迁移，参与血管生成，增加血管通透性，而且在神经保护和神经发生等方面也起着重要作用。文章就VEGF在缺血性脑损伤中的作用进行了综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） is a major angiogenic factor that regulates multiple endothelial cell functions. After cerebral ischemia, VEGF not only promotes vascular endothelial proliferation and migration, involving in angiogenesis and increasing vascular permeability, but also plays important roles in both neuroprotection and neurogenesis. This article reviews the roles of VEGF in ischemic cerebral injury.
