～(60)钴照射与手术综合治疗中晚期食管癌36例分析

摘　　要：对中晚期食管癌36例采用～(60)钴照射与手术综合治疗。结果全组照射后症状和瘤体消失10例(27.8％),症状改善和瘤体缩小26例(72.2％),前者2月后癌复发3例(30.0％);肿瘤根治性切除率100％,无手术死亡;术后随诊1～6年,健康生存26例(72.2％),1、3、5年生存率分别为94.4％、80.0％和33.3％,死于癌转移10例(27.8％)。提示中晚期食管癌综合治疗可取得良好效果,而照射后癌复发再手术治疗同样有良好效果。Combined treatment of surgical procedure and Co60-irradiation in 36 cases of esophageal carcinoma at a mid -advanced stage Ⅲ wasr eported from 1991 to 1997. The irradiation results of this groups were complete relief of the symptom and tumor body in 10(27. 8%),partial relief in 26(72. 2%)and recurrence of local cancer in 3 of the former (30. 0%)after 2 months of the irradiaton. All of the cases were resected radically with resectability rate being 100% ,operative mortality being 0. The 1、3、5 year survival rates were 94. 4%, 80. 0% and 33. 3% respectively. Ten cases (27. 8%)died of cancer metastasis. It is suggested that, for esophageal carcinoma with a mid -advance stage Ⅲ , combined treatment may take good effectiveness. When the local cancer recurrence occurred after complete relief of tumor body by Co60-irradiation,operative treatment may get as well good result.
