软测量技术在钕铁硼氢粉碎工艺过程中的应用

摘　　要：氢粉碎工艺是制备高性能钕铁硼产品的必备手段,针对钕铁硼氢粉碎的原理和工艺过程,提出了利用软测量技术在线监测钕铁硼氢粉碎过程,从而优化氢粉碎工艺过程、缩短生产周期的思路与方法。详细阐述了软测量模型的建立方法,并通过MATLAB实现了模型的仿真验证。Hydrogen decrepitation（HD） process is a necessary means to prepare high performance NdFeB.Aiming at the principle and process of hydrogen decrepitation（HD） of NdFeB,this article puts forward on-line measurement of hydrogen decrepitation（HD）of NdFeB based on soft-instrumentation,which optimizes the process of hydrogen decrepitation（HD）and decress the production cycle.The model foundation method of soft-instrumentation is explained particularly and validated by Matlab simulation.
