定量风险评价在成品油管道站场的应用

摘　　要：基于定量风险评价方法的基本原理、评价指标和模型,介绍了定量风险评价的基本过程。分析讨论了定量风险评价在成品油管道站场应用过程中的几个关键问题,包括危害识别、失效概率估算、后果模拟及风险可接受指标。在某成品油管道站场进行定量风险评价的结果表明,定量风险评价方法对油气管道站场土地使用安全规划和风险管理具有重要的应用价值,但仍存在诸多局限性,有待于逐步改善。General process of quantitative risk assessment is described based on basic principle,evaluation indexes and model.Some key issues during application process for the quantitative risk assessment at stations of oil product pipeline are analyzed and discussed,including hazard identification,failure frequency calculation,consequence simulation and risk acceptable criteria.Results of quantitative risk assessment at some stations of oil product pipeline show that this method is of application importance in safety planning of land utilization and risk management for the stations of oil product pipeline.although some limits exist in it and remain to be further improved.
