摘　　要：阐述了惩罚函数结合遗传算法在油气储运工程经济中应用的可行性,并针对一个具体的实例进行了求解。探讨了采用惩罚函数结合遗传算法求解约束优化问题中应当注意的惩罚因子的选择问题,还分析了遗传算法中的交叉概率和变异概率的选取对优化结果的影响。Application feasibility of penalty function with genetic algorithm in engineering economy of oil and gas pipelines is described and calculation process of a case is given.Issues to be focused on in choice of penally factor in solving constrained optimization problem by means of penalty function with genetic algorithm are discussed,and influence of selection in cross probability and variability probability on optimized results in genetic algorithm is also analyzed.
