摘  要:电力电缆载流量是决定电缆输送能力的一个重要参数,其值可采用IEC60287标准进行计算。因电缆集群在统一的载流量下运行,没有充分挖掘电缆的输送能力。为提高地下电缆集群的总体输送能力,在IEC60287标准基础上,以电缆群电流之和最大为目标函数,以每根电缆温度低于其最高额定温度为约束条件,采用障碍函数法和改进牛顿法求解极值,确定每一回路的优化运行电流。计算结果表明,优化运行策略可以提高电缆群输送电流约5%~6%,显著地提高了电缆的使用效率。In order to improve the current carrying capacity of power cables, based on the IEC standard, a method and associated computer program that calculate the maximum current load of underground cables were developed. The maximum sum of total current was taken as objective function. The temperature of any cables lower than maximum permissible temperature was a constraint condition. The barrier method and Newton's method were used to solve the maximum value. The solutions are optimum in terms of maximizing the total current that the cables may collectively carry. An optimization algorithm, which generates convergent and optimum results for any number of cables, cable configurations and cable designs, was put forward. The comparisons show that the optimal solutions obtained with the purposed method are superior to those obtained with the standard method. The results reveal that the total current can be improved by 5 -6 % over standard ampacity method. Such an increase in total current load greatly improves the utilization efficiency of power cables.
