摘　　要：POEMS综合征是临床上容易误诊和漏诊的少见疾病之一,其首发症状和病程不同时期的表现复杂、多变。本研究通过对近年关于POEMS综合征的相关文献的综合分析,描述了该病的临床特点,并总结了该病的诊断及治疗要点,以期提高对此病的认识。POEMS Syndrome is a kind of disease which is easy to be diagnosed falsely and missed in clinical area. Its primary symptom and course is very complex and changeable in different stages. The article analyses relative literatures of POEMS syndrome in the recent years, describes the clinical characteristics and conclude the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in the hope that we can improve the knowledge of the disease.
