摘　　要：介绍了中古英格兰的地产继承特征,分析了其形成的原因,认为英格兰家庭地产继承的特征是由中古英格兰经济社会状况和特定的地方习俗决定的。The features of the estate inheritance of England in Middle Ages were introduced.The causes were analyzed.These characters of inheritance depended on the development of productivity and feudal nature in England.
