摘 要:目的:探讨脑内毛细血管的生长发育与形态结构和功能的关系.方法:用透射电镜对35只不同发育时期小鼠血脑屏障建立过程中的超微结构及血管密度进行了分析.结果:胚胎第15、18天血管密度较低,出生后第一天血管密度增长明显,第7天下降,以后随年龄增长血管密度逐渐增加.内皮细胞由厚变薄,胞质减少,细胞间宽间隙减少,紧密连接范围增大;血管平均截面积逐渐减少,管腔的体密度增大,内皮细胞核的体密度呈波浪形变化.周细胞数量逐渐减少,基膜逐渐完整增厚;各组血管密度之差与血管壁厚度之差呈正相关;星形胶质细胞胞突末端膨大,包绕着血管的范围渐增大.结论:研究为血脑屏障在各种生理或病理状态下的功能变化提供形态学依据.To study the development of blood-brain barrier in relation to structure and func-tion. Methods: The ultrasturcture and morphometry of blood-brain barrier in 35 mice of different developmental stages were investigated. Results: The density of intracerebral capillaries was low on the 15th and 18th day during embryos stage, increased, significantly on the day of birth, re-duced on the 7th day after birth, and increased gradually afterwords. The endothelial cells be-came thinner, the cytoplasm reduced, the wide gaps between the adjacent cells decreased, andthe tight junctions between them increased. The average profile area of the vessels reduced and the volume density of vascular lumen increased. Changes in the volume denstiy of endothelial cell nuclei waved throughout the development. The pericytes reduced in number but no significant changes were observed in volume density. The basement membrane thickened gradually and the processes of glial cells surrounding the vessel expandeed. Conclusion: There was a positive corre-lation between the difference in thickness of vascular wall and in vascular density. This study provides reference for the study of functional changes of the blood-brain barrier under various physiological or pathological conditions.
