不同树种不同形态的刨花对刨花板质量影响的研究

摘　　要：“不同树种不同形态的刨花对刨花板质量的影响”课题,系中日合作研究项目。主要对不同树种、刨花平面几何形状、刨花厚度等影响刨花板质量的三个因素开展了研究。三部分的研究均在试验室条件下进行,共制板219张,经历三年多的时间。现将试验研究情况总结报告如下:The four species of popler、Birch、Manchurian Ash and Dahurian Larch are Selected and studied in this paper which they are more accumulative and more representative in Heilongjiang province. After testing, it is found that the main property index in static load intensity、flat surface tensile strength and absorbing water thickness、swelling ratio are quite different in the shaving board processing under the same condition as a result of the difference of species and shape as well as thickness of shaving.
