摘　　要：通过对上颌神经行程和毗邻关系的观察,为上颌神经痛的手术入路和止血提供有关形态学依据.村料:采用正常成年人头颅标本32侧(男20,女12).方法:打开上颌窦的上外侧壁、眶的外侧壁和下壁并去除翼胯窝的后壁,充分显露上颌神经与上颌动脉的关系,测量神经各段的长度,宽度、厚度和血管外径.结果:上颌神经颅内段;翼腭窝内段;眼下裂内段;眶下沟内段;眶下管内段等长、宽、厚度分别被测量.眶下孔至皮下段的长、觅、厚度是13.1±3.9mm、4.6±1.1mm和2.0±0.4mm.上颌动脉在上颌结节后方的外径是3.0±0.9mm,眶下动脉的外径是1.6±0.4mm.为上颌神经手术的入路和防止出血提供了解剖学资料.In order to avoid the damages of the arteries during operation of the maxillary nerve , its route and proximity to the maxillary nerve were studied on 16 adult cadavers. The lateral wall of the maxillary sinus, the lateral and lower wall of the orbit and the posterior wall of the ptery-gopalatine fossa were excised. The length, width and thickness of each part of the maxillary nerve in the cranium, pterygopalatine fossa, inferior orbital fissure, inferior orbital groove and inferior orbital canal were measured. Our results provide a morphological basis for the operation of the maxillary nerve.
