摘 要:人类学自诞生之日起,就一直秉承独特的研究理念,即以人类学的概念、原理和方法来研究人的发展与成长。人类学有很多分支学科,为教师专业发展研究提供了多角度的视野。哲学人类学对个体"存在"非常关注,它重视的是教师发展的"内在超越"之路。文化人类学重在个体发展的"文化"品性,它关注教师"人文伦理"精神的涵养。历史人类学认为个体发展离不开教育生活的历史,它主张教师发展是"生活历史"的成长。Anthropology focus on the study of the development and growth of human beings in the angle of anthropologic concepts,principles,and methods since its emergence,which is the specific researching ideal it insists on. Anthropology has many subjects,which can provide multi angles for the study on teachers" professional development. Philosophy anthropology focuses on the individual "being" ,which puts forward on the internal development of teachers. Cultural anthropology focuses on the cultural meaning of individual development, which means teacher development is the cultivation of humanistic ethnic. Historian anthropology insists on that individual development can not be departed from the history of educational life,which claims that teachers" development is the growth of "life history".
