摘  要:采用电生理学方法对南方鲇头面部的皮肤受外界机械和化学物质刺激时其口外味觉初级中枢——面叶进行研究.结果表明:①机械刺激在面叶引起反应的区域大于味觉刺激,而对味觉刺激有反应的神经元多集中在面叶的表层区域.在上颌须神经投射区域,L-丙氨酸和L-精氨酸引起的反应更强,在下颌须神经投射区域,L-组氨酸和奎宁引起的反应更强.②机械和味觉刺激上、下颌须在面叶的接收区域均成倒立形态.③按照对刺激的反应性质不同将面叶的单个神经元分成3种类型,显示出南方鲇初级味觉中枢具有分区不同功能不同的特点,且和外界感受野之间存在特异性一一对应关系.The present study is performed to determine the relations between the structure and the function of the primary taste center (facial lobe) of southern catfish (Silurus rneridionalis Chen). Electrophysiology is imployed in this study. The response domain in the facial lobe caused by mechanical stimulation on the skin is larger than that by gustatory stimulation. The neurons caused by gustatory stimulation concentrate on the surface layer of the facial lobe. In the maxillary branch projected domain, the responses caused by L-Ala and L-Arg are stronger, and in the mandibular branch projected domain the responses caused by L-His and Quinine are stronger. The response domains by mechanical and gustatory stimulation in the facial lobe are all handstand. There are three types of neurons in the facial lobe. The differences in domain organization, structure and cell morphology in the facial lobe may be correlated with the surrounding receptive fields.
