摘　　要：本文引入职业生涯规划的CGLC模式,试图从认识、目标、阶梯、结合四个层面构建基于CGLC模式的图书馆员个人职业生涯规划,目的在于从根本上改善图书馆的人力资源状况,重塑和提升现代图书馆员的职业形象。With the introduction of the CGLC model in career planning, this paper tries to construct the personal career planning of librarians based on the CGLC Model from four levels of cognizance, goal, ladder and cohesion, in order to improve fundamentally the human resource situation of library, and promote the professional image of modem librarians.
