摘　　要：高科技产品开发的特点是产品结构复杂,科技含量较高,开发过程中存在大量的不确定因素。基于WBS原理和方法,以及开发中的先后顺序逻辑关系,建立了开发过程的GERT网络模型。基于该模型,应用Monte-Carlo仿真对开发过程进行优化。给出了一个实际的研究案例来说明方法的应用。High-tech product development is characterized as high complexity in product structure, high technologies used, and high uncertainty. Based on the work breakdown structure （ WBS ） principle and precedence relationship, a graphical evaluation and review technique （GERT） network model is presented to describe the product developing process. With this model, Monte-Carlo simulation is used to optimize the development process. A case problem is presented to show the application of the proposed method.
