摘 要:结合单目视觉,提出了一种基于三点法的微工作台姿态测量新方法。用固定在微工作台上的标准球的球心为标志点,建立微工作台坐标系,通过单目视觉模型计算各标志点的世界坐标,进而得出微工作台的三维姿态参数。该方法的优点是利用单目视觉实现目标三维姿态的测量,结构简单,避免了立体匹配的难题。实验结果表明,该测量方法简单高效,满足可行性要求。Combined with monocular vision, a new method based on three-points to measure 3D attitude of micro worktable was described. Three standard balls fixed on the micro worktable were considered as mark points, micro worktable coordinate system was defined, world coordinate of mark points were calculated by monocular vision model, 3D attitude parameters of micro worktable can be calculated. The advantages of this method was to measure 3 D attitude of micro worktable by monocular vision. The structure was simple, difficult of stereo matching was avoided. Experimental results show this method was simple and efficient, and satisfies the requirements of feasibility.
