摘  要:通过在培养基中添加腐植酸缓释肥料,观察其对食用菌产量和有机质利用率的影响,以求获得一种在食用菌生产中广泛应用的腐植酸肥料。结果表明,腐植酸缓释肥对萍菇和杏鲍菇的增产效果分别达到32.5%和42.3%。其中,萍菇的有机质利用率达到73.8%,比对照组提高7.7%;杏鲍菇的有机质利用率达到68.2%,比对照组提高11.1%。Effects of humic acid slow-released fertilizer on productive quantity of edible fungi and utilization rate of organic matter were investigated by adding the fertilizer into culture medium. The research results showed that the application ofhumic acid slow-released fertilizer could increase yield ofPleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryni by 32.5% and 42.3%, respectively. The utilization rate of organic matter by pleurotus ostreatus and pleurotus eryni treated with humic acid slow-released fertilizer was 73.8% and 68.2%, and was improved by 7.7% and 11.1% comparing with the control, respectively.
