胎肝细胞输注对环磷酰胺处理的W_256大鼠免疫细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胎肝细胞输注（ＦＬＩ）对化疗后机体免疫细胞的影响。方法对瓦克癌肉瘤（Ｗ２５６）大鼠环磷酰胺化疗后，再进行胎肝细胞输注，观察其对外周血各型ＡＮＡＥ淋巴细胞百分率的影响，并测定免疫器官重量，观察对脾指数及胸腺指数的影响。结果化疗后，环磷酰胺组（ＣＴＸ组）ＡＮＡＥ淋巴细胞总阳性率和点样型百分率分别为５６．９０±９．２９，４２．３０±７．５３；环磷酰胺加胎肝细胞输注组（ＣＴＸ＋ＦＬＩ组）分别为５１．６０±８．１３，４０．３０±６．８５，与正常对照组（ＮＳ组）相比显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＴＸ组胸腺指数为０．５８±０．３７，与ＮＳ组相比亦显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。胎肝细胞输注后，ＣＴＸ＋ＦＬＩ组ＡＮＡＥ点样型百分率为６０．８０±１１．４３，与单纯化疗者相比显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；胸腺指数为１．０３±０．５０，与ＣＴＸ组相比亦显著升高。结论胎肝细胞输注对环磷酰胺化疗引起的外周血点样型ＡＮＡＥ淋巴细胞百分率下降及胸腺重量减轻有促进恢复作用。Objective To study the effects of rat fetal liver infusion(FLI) on immunocompetent cell after chemotherapy Methods\ After chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide on Walker carcinosarcoma 256(W 256 rat,FLI treatment was given to the rats,then the percentages of focal pattern ANAE + lymphocytes,the weight of immune organs,spleen index and thymus index were observed and measured Results\ After chemotherapy,the percentages of focal pattern and total ANAE + lymphocytes in CTX group were 42 30±7 53, 56 90±9 29;in CTX+FLI group were 40 30±6 85, 51 60±8 13 Compared with NS group,they all decreased (P<0 05) Thymus index in CTX group was 0 58±0 37,it decreased obviously too After FLI,the percentages of focal pattern ANAE + lymphocytes in CTX+FLI group was 60 80±11 43 Compared with the rats only receiving chemotherapy,it increased (P<0 05) Thymus index in CTX+FLI group was 1 03±0 50,it increased obviously too Conclusion\ FLI may promote the recovery of the percentages of focal pattern ANAE + lymphocytes and the weight loss of thymus after cyclophosphamide
