岳阳市城区高中毕业生近视状况及其影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析岳阳市高中毕业生近视状况及其影响因素。方法采用标准对数视力表,对考生进行裸眼视力及矫正视力检查,记录结果并进行统计学处理及分析。结果6469名高中毕业生12938只眼中,裸眼视力低下共8575只眼,占66.3%,学生视力低下严重;学生视力低下左右眼有区别(x2=4.73,P<0.05);女生近视发生率高于男生(x2=72.528,P(0.001);应届生与往届生的视力低下率比较无统计学意义(x2=1.15,P(0.05)。结论岳阳市高中毕业生近视发病率与国内其它地区类似,应采取一定的干预措施保护中学生的视力。Objective To analyze the myopia and its factors in high school graduates in Yueyang. Methods Uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were examined through the standard logarithmic visual acuity charts. The results were analyzed statistically. Results In 6469 cases, the 66.3% cases were unqualified in uncorrected visual acuity. There was difference between left and right eye （ P 〈0. 05 ）. The myopia incidence of girl is higher than that of boy （ P 〈 001 ）. There was no significance between graduating students and previous graduating students. Conclusion The myopia rate in Yueyang is similar to that in other domestic areas. It is necessary to take certain interventions to protect the visual power of high middle school students.
