绿茶多酚防龋涂膜的释放研究

摘　　要：作者采用酒石酸铁比色法测定了绿茶多酚涂膜在去离子水中的释出率，发现涂膜中绿茶多酚的释放高峰在第一个２４ｈ，达总量的４０．２５％，以后释放量减少，但持续时间比较长，至第１５天时，仍然可以监测到释出的绿茶多酚．表明绿茶多酚涂膜除在２４ｈ内发挥抑菌作用外。We observed the release rate of green tea polyphenols from varnish when immersed in deionized water by tartrated iron spectrophotometric methods.We found the highest release rate of green tea polyphenols was in the first 24 hours,reached 40.25% of gross.Thereafter,the release rate of green tea polyphenols decreased,but could maintained for a long period.It suggested green tea polyphenols varnish have bacteriostasis not only in the first 24 hours,but also in a longer period.
