摘  要:对42例105处颌面部骨折,根据骨折部位不同,分别摄取相应的X线片及CT片:上颌骨、颧骨摄华氏位片;颧弓摄颅底位片或颧弓切线位片;下颌骨摄全景片,对于骨折在升枝或下颌角区,加拍头颅侧位片或下颌骨侧位片,髁状突区加拍薛氏位片;CT片包括横断位及冠状位扫描,层隔分别为2.0mm及5.0mm.结果发现:对于上颌骨、眶底、眶尖区骨折,应同时作冠状位及横断位CT扫描,CT片较X线片能提供更多更精确的信息量;对于颧骨、颧弓骨折,X线片是理想的辅助诊断方法;对于髁状突骨折。fractures of the maxillofacial region were studied in 42 patients chosen from our hospital over the 36-month period from April 1995 to April 1998 by standard radiography and computed tomographic scans.Both of them were taken respectively depending upon different fractured region.Radiography consisted of Waters,Caldwell,Lateral projecton and base view,mandibular fractures were evaluated by panoramic tomography as usual. Computed tomography consisted of axial and coronal scans,using 2.0 mm and 5.0 mm cuts respectively.The study revealed as following:1.Computed tomography might have been more chosen for the evaluation of fractures of maxilla,orbital floor and orbital apex. Also the CT was optimally performed by obtaining both axial and coronal images because these fractures were difficult to recognize and characterize on axial scans alone.2. Standard radiography might be used for the evaluation of fractures of the zygoma and zygomatic arch fractures.3.In the evaluation of fractures of the mandibular angle,plain graph might play a decisive role sometimes.4.Coronal CT scans should be performed routinely and the necessarily for the evaluation of condylar fractures.
