建立保持高校学生党员先进性长效机制的思考

摘　　要：高校学生党员是中国青年的重要组成部分,随着中国高等教育事业的不断改革发展,这支队伍在规模与质量建设上得到全面加强,对党的建设影响深远。在高校学生党建步入良性循环的同时,还必须看到高校学生党建和学生党员保持先进性也面临着巨大挑战。根据时代特点和学生党员队伍状况,建立健全永葆学生党员先进性的长效机制应从以下方面着手:学生党支部能力增强机制;大学生党员发展机制、教育培训机制和管理机制;大学生党员先进性表现机制以及大学生党员激励惩处机制。College students Patty members are an important component of China＇s youth. With the constant reform and development of China＇s higher education cause, this team has been comprehensively strengthened in terms of scale and quality construction and has farreaching influence on the Party building. As college students Party building has stepped into a virtuous circle, we also must see that the Party building of college students and maintaining the advanced nature of students Party members also face an enormous challenge. According to the characteristics of the times and the conditions of the students Party members team, we should follow the following aspects to establish a sound and long - term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of students Party members ： the mechanism to enhance the ability of student Party branch; students Party members＇development mechanism, education and training mechanisms and management mechanisms; students＇performing mechanism of Party＇s advanced nature and incentive mechanism and disciplinary mechanism of student Party members.
