摘 要:利用湖泊中大量的藻类等水体生物资源对水中的污染有机物进行降解,既是治理染料废水污染的一种全新途经,又能解决湖泊中藻类泛滥的问题,可为中国三湖(太湖、巢湖和滇池)蓝藻的控制与资源化提供新的思路。文章以印染行业中常见的直接染料为研究对象,利用分光光度法,就鱼腥藻和小球藻对直接橙s、直接大红4BE在高压汞灯、紫外灯、太阳光下的催化生物降解进行了研究与分析,结果表明:在三种光源的催化作用下,鱼腥藻和小球藻对两种直接染料都有明显的降解,其中,太阳光源下的降解效果最佳,pH值、藻的浓度、光强都是影响降解效果的重要因素。Degradation of organic pollutants induced by alga in lake is a brand-new way to dispose waste water from dyeing industry. It would prevent alga from overrunning in lake and provide a new way for the control and resource utilization of cyanobacteria of three great lakes in China (Taihu Lake, Chaohu Lake and Dianchi Lake). In this paper, two common direct dyes in dyeing industry were stud- ied. The effects of Anabaena/Chlorella on the catalytic biodegradation of direct orange S and direct scarlet 4BE under high pressure mercury lamp, ultraviolet lamp and solar light were investigated by spectrophotometry. The results showed that Anabaena/Chlorella had played an important role in the degradation of two kinds of dye solution with the catalysis of three lamp-house, thereamong, the biodegradation effect under the sun light was the most evident, pH value, algae concentration of dye solution and light intensity were the important factors for biodegradation effect.
