摘　　要：民族文化是民族地区旅游业发展的资源依托,同时发展旅游业必须有利于民族文化的传承与保护,必须加强对导游人员民族文化和地方性知识的培训。从湖北巴东神农溪漂流旅游景点的导游人员调查情况可知:保护发扬民族文化对县域经济发展起着不可忽视的促进作用,只有"在开发中保护,保护中开发",才能使民族文化旅游真正实现可持续发展。The development of tourism in minority areas relies on the national culture and local knowledge, which in turn is conducive to the transmission and protection of national culture, so it is necessary to strengthen the training of guides in having a good command of national culture and local knowledge. Findings from the tourist guides in Shennongxi scenic spot of Badong, Hubei province show that protecting national culture plays a significant role in developing county economy, thus ＂ only when protected in development and vice versa＂ can the sustainable development of national culture tourism be achieved.
