食管癌p16基因表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：作者应用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法观察了ｐ１６基因蛋白在６３例食管癌组织中的表达情况，并与正常食管组织进行对比，以探讨ｐ１６基因与食管癌发生、发展的关系。结果表明：正常食管组织和食管癌组织中ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达率分别为９１．７％和５５．６％；ｐ１６蛋白表达随着肿瘤分化程度的降低而下降，高分化、中分化与低分化鳞癌ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ｐ１６蛋白表达与肿瘤临床分期呈明显负相关，与患者生存时间呈明显正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示：从蛋白质水平证明ｐ１６基因失活与食管癌发生有关，ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失与肿瘤分化不良有关，可作为临床判断肿瘤分化程度的一个参考指标。ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失是食管癌的晚期表现，可作为判断肿瘤生物学行为和患者预后的一个参考指标。In order to study the relationship between p16 gene and esophageal carcinoma, the expression of p16 protein in 63 esophageal carcinomas and 12 normal tissues was observed by immunohistochemical SABC method. The results were as follows: The expression levels of p16 protein in normal tissue and esophageal carcinoma were 91.7% and 55.6%, and decreased when the degree of differentiation was decreased. It was lower in poorly differentiated carcinoma than that in well differentiated carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression of p16 protein had correlation to clinial stage and survival time of patients (P<0.05). The results suggest that p16 gene plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progress of esophageal carcinoma. p16 protein expression is correlated with the biological behavior of esophageal carcinoma and may be used as aprognosis factor for the patients with esophageal carcinoma.
