摘　　要：文章阐述了科技论文的定义、分类、特点、结构,撰写科技论文的目的、作用和基本要领,企业技术人员的科技论文写作障碍,以及科技论文素材的挖掘。This paper describes the definition of scientific papers, classification, characteristics, structure, purpose of writing scientific papers, the role and the basic essentials, business and technical personnel of the obstacles to writing scientific papers, as well as scientific and technological papers of the excavation material.
