摘  要:本文在实验室条件下研究了海湾扇贝幼虫的诱导变态。研究结果表明肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、c-AMP、GABA、赖氨酸和KCl等6种诱导剂中,KCl对海湾扇贝幼虫的变态诱导效果非常显著。KCl对幼虫的诱导效应随KCl浓度和作用时间的增加而增大,过高浓度则抑制幼虫的变态。受精13d后幼虫(22±1℃)才对KCl的作用着重产生明显反应。这为生产上提供了一种方便、价廉、安全的诱导变态方法,在海湾扇贝育苗工作有很大的应用前景。A study was made on the induced metamorphosis of the larvae of the bay scallop Argopecten irradians under laboratory conditions The results indicated that: (1) KCl had a very obvious effect of inducing metamorphosis of the larvae among the six inducers of adrenaline, demethylated adrenaline, c AMP, GABA, Lys and KCl, and could enhance the metamorphosis rate of the larvae by 66 3×10 -2 (2)The inductive effect was related to the concentration of KCl, and the metamorphosis rate of the larvae increased with an increase in the concentration The inductive effect of 25mmol/dm 3 KCl on the larvae was the highest, but the 50mmol/dm 3 KCl inhibited the metamorphosis of the larvae (3) The inductive effect of KCl on the larvae was related to the time of the action of KCl The metamorphosis rate of the larvae increased with an increase in the time of the action of KCl (4) The larvae of the different aged had different degree sensibility on the KCl Only 13ds after fertilization at 22±1℃, the larvae produced an obvious response to the action of KCl, but no obvious response before This is a convenient, cheap and safe method of inducing metamorphosis of the larvae and provides a very good perspective of application in the breeding seed bay scallops
