摘  要:根据集料的填充特性,提出了临界筛孔的计算系数,从理论上计算出了多级嵌挤骨架型沥青混合料集料中粗、细集料的用量.同时引入了分形理论,根据粗、细集料的架构效应和填充作用的不同,分别提出了粗、细集料级配设计的数学模型.通过计算得出了多级嵌挤骨架型沥青混合料矿料的级配曲线,并通过实验对其进行了检验.结果表明,由公式计算出的设计级配满足规范的技术要求.文中提出的矿料级配的设计方法有别于以往的级配设计方法,是一种纯理论的设计方法.The new calculational coefficient of critical sieve pore is presented according to filling characteristics of aggregate. The dosages of coarse and fine aggregate are calculated from equations for aggregate of multilevel stone-stone fame asphalt mixture. Introducing the fractal theory, the mathematics models of coarse and fine aggregate grading design are generated in terms of the different frame effects and filling roles of them. The grading curve of multilevel stone-stone fame asphalt mixture is calculated and verified by tests. It can be seen that the gradation calculated from equations is up to the needs in the criterion. The method of aggregate gradation design established in this paper is a theoretic method, which differs from others.
