摘  要:为有效利用短车道,提出不考虑和考虑行人过街的2种小周期信号配时方案.为说明其配时效果,以两相位平面十字交叉口为例,设计6种渠化方案,并选择2种典型信号配时方案作对比.针对低流量比和高流量比2种交通流条件,使用周期时长、饱和度、平均延误和通行能力4个指标对比了6种渠化方案分别采用4种配时方案的配时效果.结果显示:小周期配时方案可充分利用短车道,与最佳周期方案相比,通行能力虽略有下降,但延误大大减小;低流量比条件下,采用不考虑行人过街的小周期配时方案较为合适;高流量比条件下,采用小周期配时方案较为合适.研究表明小周期配时方法有助于提高短车道利用率,可为交叉口时空资源的最优配置提供理论基础.Two signal timing plans with shorter cycles were developed to use short lane effectively by nonconsidering and considering pedestrian crossing. A two-phase plain intersection was given to explain their signal timing effects when six channelization schemes were designed and two typical signal timing plans were selected. Under traffic flow conditions of lower and higher flow ratios, the effects of the four signal timing plans for the six channelization schemes were contrasted by using six indexes of cycle length, degree of saturation, average delay, total delay, capacity and total flow ratio. The results show that the signal timing plans with shorter cycles can use the short lane adequately and the decrease of delay is greater than the decrease of capacity by comparing with the optimal signal timing plan; the signal timing plan with shorter cycle by non-considering pedestrian crossing is suit to traffic flow of lower flow ratio and the signal timing plans with shorter cycles are suit to traffic flow of higher flow ratio. The proposed signal timing method with shorter cycle is helpful to enhance utilization rate of short lane and can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing time-space resources of intersection.
