摘 要:通过对多指标决策问题的研究,根据灰色系统中信息透明度原则和信息论中信息有无偏好的原则,在兼顾方案偏好信息和客观信息的基础上,提出了以灰色关联度和客观信息熵为依据的多指标决策的灰色优化模型.模型采用拉格朗日函数确定各指标权重值,增大了权重值确定的客观性,适用于多指标权重未知的决策问题.用该模型对某城市公交线网规划方案进行了优化决策,并获得了较为满意结果.At first, the problem of multiple indexes decision-making is studied, based on considering both the preference information and objective information of schemes. Then, a grey optimal model of multiple indexes decision-making is built up that considered both grey degree of incidence and objective information entropy. The model by Lagrangian function for solving the weight value of every index,it can help policy makers to strengthen objectivity in determining weight. The model is suitable for decision problem of the unknown index weights. At last, this model is used in an example of public traffic planning to prove the efficiency of this method. By the example, it is demonstrated that this method is simple and practical.
