摘 要:要建设物流公共信息平台,首先需要确定平台的层次结构、功能与应用层面等总体性问题。文中给出的物流公共信息平台体系结构按物流信息的流向由两个层次构成,底层是政府的公共服务或监管平台,顶层是物流枢纽的公共信息平台和各种商业性物流信息平台。物流公共信息平台需要实现物流信息资源的整合与共享,社会物流资源的整合,政府管理部门间、政府与企业间的信息沟通,现代物流系统运行的优化,优化供应链等五大功能。To build the logistics public information platform, first need to determine the level of the platform structure, function and application of dimensions, the overall problem. In this paper the logistics public information platform architecture, according to the flow of logistics information constituted by two levels. The bottom is the government's public service or regula- tory platform, the top is the logistics hub of public information platform and a variety of business and logistics information plat- form. Logistics need to achieve the logistics public information platform integration and sharing of information resources, social integration of logistics resources, government administration, the government and information communication between enter- prises, modern logistics system operation optimization, optimization of the supply chain five major functions.
