浦东新区监测点校中小学生龋病调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解上海市浦东新区中小学生龋齿患病情况,为制定口腔保健规划提供依据。[方法]抽取浦东新区4所监测点校4422名学生进行普查,其中男生2135名,女生2287名;年龄7～l8岁,进行口腔检查。[结果]中小学生总患龋率为40.64%,其中小学生65.86%,初中生24.23%,高中生28.56%,经χ2检验,三者差异有统计学意义(χ2=667.44,P﹤0.01)。患龋率最高的是8岁年龄组,达74.92%,后随年龄增加而逐渐下降,12岁以后又有回升。中小学生龋均为1.25颗,最高的是8岁年龄组,为3.42颗;最低的是12岁年龄组,为0.38颗。龋齿总充填比为54.25%,其中小学生(49.66%)﹤初中生(60.03%)﹤高中生(71.11%),P﹤0.05。[结论]加强对家长及学生口腔卫生保健知识的指导,培养良好的口腔卫生习惯,同时定期开展龋齿普查普治,做到早预防、早治疗,可有效预防中小学生龋病。[Objective] To know the prevalent situation of caries among school students in Pudong New Area to provide a basis for oral healthcare plan in school. [Methods] 4 422 students （male 2 135, female 2 287）, aging from 7 to 18 years old among four schools in Pudong New Area were sampled, and dental examination was conducted for them. [ Results] The caries prevalence rate was 40.64% among all the school students, 65.86% among primary school students, 24.23% among junior high school students, among 28.56% among senior high school students. There were significant differences between them. The caries prevalence rate was highest in 8-year age group （74.92%）, and decreased with age, with a slight increase after 12. The average caries was 1.25, with the highest value in 8-year group （3.42）, the lowest value in 12-year group （0.38）. The total caries filling ratio was lower than those junior high school students, and the ratio of junior high school students was lower than that of senior high school students. [Conclusion] Oral health education in students and parents should be further strengthened to improve healthy oral habits, at the same time a regular screen and treatment of caries should be carry out to find out the disease early, so as to prevent students from dental caries.
