摘 要:[目的]了解掌握河南省驻马店市市区内食品卫生质量状况,以加强食品卫生管理。[方法]对全市区7大类食品进行了随机抽样检测,检验方法按《食品卫生微生物检验》,采用计数法,发酵法,增菌、分离法。[结果]食品卫生7大类食品检测的总合格率为91.15%,2003~2007各年合格率依次为86.38%、88.21%、90.17%、94.22%、96.31%。[结论]食品卫生合格率呈逐年上升趋势,人们的卫生观念不断加强。[Objective] To know the food hygiene quality in the urban areas in order to strengthen the management of food hygiene. [ Methods] Of the cities, 7 major categories of food were randomly tested, by the method of Microbiological Testing of Food Hygiene. [Results] Of the 7 major categories of food, the total passing rate was 91.15 percent, and between 2003 and 2007, the passing rate was 86.38 percent, 88.21 percent. 90.17 percent, 94.22 percent, 96.31 percent respectively. [ Conclusion] The passing rate shows an upward trend year after year, and people's health concept is continuously strengthened.
