摘  要:[目的]为了解我国食品来源的单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria Monocytogene,LM)的遗传物质多态性特征,探索LM鉴定及溯源新方法。[方法]运用自动化的核糖体基因分型系统(RiboPrinter),用EcoRI酶,对我国食品污染物监测网来源的67株LM进行了分子分型研究。[结果]67株菌均被鉴定为LM;并获得了13种RiboPrinter核糖体基因条带型,除2种被系统判定为新条带型,另外11种分别与杜邦数据库中的DUP-1038、DUP-1039、DUP-1042、DUP-1044、DUP-1045、DUP-1052相似。[结论]RiboPrinter分型结果为建立我国LM分子分型数据库积累了一定的数据和经验,但由于菌株的来源地及数量都有限,因此尚不能看出核糖体基因型是否有明显的地域分布特征。[ Objective] To find out the genetic character of foodborne Listeria monocytogenes (LM) in China, and to try the new method of LM identification and source tracing. [Methods] 67 LM strains, collected from Chinese food contamination surveillance, were tested by the automated fibotyping system (RiboPrinter). [ Results]All the strains were identified as LM by the RiboPrinter system, and 13 groups of RiboPrint patterns were got. Besides 2 groups were commented as novel patterns, the other 11 groups were separated similar with DUP-1038, DUP-1039, DUP-1042, DUP-1044, DUP-1045, DUP- 1 052 patterns in Dupont databank. [ Conclusion ] This study contributes a lot to the building of the database of LM molecular typing. It's a pity that the number of the strains is limited, so we can't find out the distributing character in area of the RiboPrint patterns.
