摘　　要：对误差反向传播（ＢＰ）算法进行了深入分析，从影响ＢＰ算法收敛速度的两个重要原因—代价函数和激励函数出发，对其进行改进，提出了一种实用、高效的改进算法，并用于机械故障诊断中．实验结果表明，训练１００次后，网络平方和误差ｅ＜Ｅ－１１．０，４００次时ｅ＜Ｅ－６０．０，收敛效果和测试效果极佳．The BP(back propagation)algorithm is discussed deeply deeply,the algorithm is modif;ed which is based on the two improtant aspects affecting the convergence speed of BP-cost function and activiation,a practical and excellent quality BP algorithm is proposed,which is applied to mechanical fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that the convergence speed and testing result are quite excellent.
