摘　　要：在分析新时期大学生能力内涵的基础上,构建了一套反映当代大学生综合能力的定性与定量相结合的二级评价指标体系,并提出了一套运用层次分析法、模糊隶属度函数及线性加权和函数对新时期大学生能力进行综合评价的模型和方法体系。The connotations of college students＇ capabilities in the new era were analyzed, and an evaluation index system was established that was a combination of quality and quantity assessment of modem college students＇ comprehensive capability. Besides, a comprehensive evaluation model was proposed adopting hierarchy analysis ,fuzzy membership function and linear function to assess college students＇ capabilities in the new era.
