海边月见草种子营养成分研究

摘　　要：分析测定了海边月见草种子的营养成分，结果表明：种子含油率达３０％，亚油酸含量很高，达７１．８％，并含有对人体有重要作用的γ－亚麻酸．此外，粗蛋白含量为１９．９８％，含有１７种氨基酸，必需氨基酸占２７．３％．微量元素锌、铁和维生素Ｅ含量很高．分析测定结果为海边月见草种子的开发利用提供科学依据．The artical mainly dealt with the nutrient contents in the seeds of Oenothrea littralis Schlect.for the first time.The results showed:The oil content of the seeds is 30%.The relative contents of linoleic acid is 71 8%.And it contains gamma linolenic acid that play important role to human being.Futhermore,the seeds contain 17 kinds of amino acids.The contents of protein and essential amino acids are 19 98% and 27 3% respectively. Mineral element Zn and Fe are rech in the seeds.The contents of vitamin E are rich too.All of these results furnish scientific evidence for exploitation and utilization of the seed resources of Oenothera littoralis Schlect..
