平阳霉素加确炎舒松-A局部注射治疗小儿淋巴管瘤

摘　　要：目的总结平阳霉素加确炎舒松-A局部注射治疗小儿淋巴管瘤的临床经验，为局部注射治疗淋巴管瘤的推广运用提供依据。方法回顾性分析157例淋巴管瘤患儿的临床资料，对其临床特点、治疗方法及疗效进行评估。结果157例中，囊性120例，海绵状25例，混合性12例。肿瘤直径〉5cm者达91例，其中〉10cm者40例。采用平阳霉素加确炎舒松-A瘤内注射治疗1～5次，痊愈137例，好转19例，无效2例，有效率达98．7％。随访3～7年，疗效巩固。结论药物局部注射治疗小儿淋巴管瘤安全，经济，简便，疗效好。在诊治小儿淋巴管瘤的过程中，应注意鉴别后天性或继发性淋巴管瘤。Objective The therapy experience in clinic on local injection to lymphangioma were summarized, which would supply evidence for lymphangioma therapy by local injection with Bleomycin and Tri- amcinolone-A （Triameinolone Aeetonide）. Methods 158 cases with lymphangioma were analyzed; and the clinical data, treatment methods and curative effects of the children with lymphangioma were summarized retrospectively. Results There were 158 cases analyzed, including 120 cystic lymphangiomas, 25 cavernous lymphangiomas and 13 mixed lymphangiomas. There were 91 cases whose lymphangioma diameter was over 5 cm and 40 cases was over 10cm. The local injection with Bleomycin and Triameimetil-A to lymphangioma was executed for 1 to 5 times, and effective rate was 98.7% （137 cases were. cured, and 19 cases were improved, and 2 cases have on effects） . All vases were followed up for 3 - 7 years, and the effect was good. Conclusions It was a safe, economic, simple and good treatments of local injection with Bleomycin and Triamcimetil A to lymphangioma, whieh was better than the efteets of operation.
