摘 要:分析了屏蔽双绞线和非屏蔽双绞线感性和容性耦合机理。根据ISO7637—3标准搭建了系统测试平台,通过试验对比分析了屏蔽层存在与否和不同接地方式对汽车CAN总线抗干扰能力的影响,研究了错误帧的产生原因及与负载率的关系。试验结果表明,当屏蔽双绞线的屏蔽层不接地时,其传输信号的抗干扰能力和非屏蔽双绞线基本相同;屏蔽层入端接地和两端接地抗干扰能力略好于出端接地抗干扰能力。The coupling mechanism of UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair)and FTP (Shielded Foil Twisted-Pair)is analyzed in the paper.Established the system test platform according to ISO7637-3 standard,and analyzed the influence of the existence of shielding layer and different grounding method on the anti-interference ability of vehicle CAN bus by test and comparison.The cause of wrong frame and its relationship with load ratio is analyzed.The test results indicate that when the shielding layer of the shielded twisted pair is not grounded,its anti-interference ability of the transmitted signal is basically identical with that of unshielded twisted pair.Whereas the anti-interference ability of the input grounding of the shielding layer and grounding on both sides is slightly better than that of the output grounding.
