摘 要:通过试验和数值模拟的方法研究了铜合金低压铸造过程中压力对ZCuZn16Si4合金补缩特性的影响。结果表明在适当的压力范围内不同的压力将导致不同的冒口补缩距离,同时与重力铸造相比,压力能大大改善液态金属补缩特性。在数值模拟计算过程中还注意到,目前的缩松判据还不能很好地预测低压铸造铜合金铸件的缩松缺陷。By using of experiments and numerical simulation methods, the effect of pressure on feeding characteristics of ZCuZn16Si4 alloy casings during copper alloy low-pressure sand casting process has been studied. The results prove that different pressure would lead to different feeding distance of riser over a suitable pressure range, and the pressure can be used to improve the feeding characteristics of liquid metal greatly comparing with gravity casting. It should be pointed out that current porosity criterions in the numerical simulation codes can not be applied well to predict the porosity defects of low-pressure copper alloy sand castings yet.
