摘　　要：处于信息经济时代,信息的获取及使用对于企业的经营发展至关重要,信息化成为企业面对的首要课题。本文基于阶层线性模型(HLM),对企业调查问卷数据进行实证分析。结果表明,中国企业信息化的进程还处在初级阶段,而且不同产业的企业信息化水平差异很大。企业绩效不仅受到信息化变量的影响,而且也受到行业变量的显著影响。最后,论文给出结论及建议。In the information economy era, information access and usage are overwhelming for business development, and informatization has become the primary issue faced by firms. Based on hierarchical linear modeling （HLM）, the authors make an empirical analysis into the questionnaire data. The results show that the Chinese enterprises informatization is still in the initial stage of the process, and different industries vary greatly on the level of enterprise informatization. Enterprise performance is affected not only by the informatization variables, but also by the industry variables significantly. By the end, the authors give their conclusions and advices.
