摘　　要：如今,无形资产在企业中的核心资源地位日渐突出,无形资产信息披露的重要性随之凸现。本文通过对西方国家上市公司无形资产信息自愿披露代表性模型的分析借鉴,提出上市公司无形资产信息自愿披露的三棱锥模型。Nowadays, intangible assets are getting more and more decisive to companies. Therefore the disclosure of intangible assets becomes more and more important. By analyzing the typical voluntary disclosure models of the western listed companies＇ intangible assets, the writers put forward the triangular pyramid model of voluntary disclosure of listed companies~ intangible assets.
