摘　　要：分化型甲状腺癌的系统治疗包括手术切除、^131I治疗、促甲状腺激素（TSH）抑制治疗。^131I治疗的有效性得到普遍认可，但在治疗过程中还有很多问题存有争议。The systemic treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma include thyroidectomy, radioactive iodine and thyroxine suppression of thyroid-stimulating hormone. The effectivity of the iodine-131 therepy were well accepted, but still some of issues were still debatable.
