摘 要:目的:探讨测定维药老鼠瓜提取物中槲皮素的含量的方法及基本氨基酸的成分。方法:采用HPLC法测定老鼠瓜提取物中槲皮素的含量,确定老鼠瓜提取物中黄酮的含量。HPLC的色谱条件:色谱柱:PhenmenexLnna 5NC18^((2))100色谱柱(250×4.60 mm),流动相:甲醇—磷酸(50:50),流速0.07 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长360 nm。采用氨基酸自动分析仪对老鼠瓜中氨基酸进行分析测定。结果:对照品槲皮素的标准曲线为f(x)=6.153 9e^(-007)x+0.001 9(r=0.999),平均回收率为95.0%,RSD=0.3%。氨基酸测定除色氨酸没有测定外,总氨基酸含量为10.9%。结论:HPLC法简便快捷、精密度高、准确性好,可以作为维药老鼠瓜中槲皮素的含量测定方法。老鼠瓜除能药用外,还有较高的营养价值。Objective:To analyze the total content of quercetin in Capparis spinosa L by HPLC and study the contents of 17 basic amino acids in Capparis spinosa L. Methods: Through HPLC determination of the con- tent of quercetin to determine to contents of flavonoids in capparis spinosa L. Choromatographic condition: Choromato har:Phenmenex Lnna 5NC18(2) 100 choromato bar (250×4.60 mm), Mobile phase: methanol- H3PO4(50 : 50), Flow rate: 0.07 ml/min, Column temperature: 30℃, Detection wavelength: 360 nm. Using automatic amino acid analyzer to analyze and determine the amino acids in Capparis spinosa L. Re- suit: Quercitrin reference substance of the standard curve for f (x) =6. 153 9e-007x+0. 001 9 (r =0. 999) ; The average recovery of 95.0%, RSD=0.3%. With the exception of tryptophan not measured, total pro rein content was 10.9%. Conclusion: This technique is a convenient and simple method with high accura- cy. The method can be used for the determination of the total flavonoids in the Capparis spinosa L . In ad- dition to medicinal effect, Capparis spinosa also has a high nutritional value.
