摘　　要：目的:建立新疆阿魏抗溃疡提取物中阿魏酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对新疆阿魏抗溃疡提取物中阿魏酸的含量进行测定并根据10批样品的测试结果确定提取物中阿魏酸的含量限度。采用KromasilODS-1 C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,0.5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83),流速为1 ml/min,进样量为10μl,柱温为35℃,检测波长为322 nm。结果:线性范围为4.04～161.60μg/ml,相关系数为0.999 9,回收率99.47%,RSD=1.33%(n=9)。结论:HPLC法快捷、准确、操作简便、灵敏、重现性好,适用于阿魏酸的含量测定,为阿魏抗溃疡提取物开发利用提供了实验基础。Objective： To use high performance liquid chromatograph for Xinjiang asafetida extractive antiul- cer determinations of ferulic acid and according to 10 samples definite limitation. Methods： To use Kroma- sil ODS1 C18 columns （250 mm）〈4.6 mm, 0.5μm）, moving phase is acetonitrile and 0. 085% phosphoric acid （17 ： 83）, the speed of flow is 1 ml/min, enters the type quantity is 10 ffl, the examination wave length is 322 nm. Results： The linear scope is 4.04 μg/ml-161. 60 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, returns-ratio 99.47%, RSD=1.33% （n =9）. Conclusion： This method is quick, accurate, and operating simplely, keen, reappearing the nature to be good, to be suitable in the determination ferulic acid and for reasonable use of drug to supply foundation
