国产药品说明书“药代动力学”项常见错误分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我国药品说明书"药代动力学"项的现状,为药品说明书质量的完善与提高提供参考。方法:收集我院临床在用药品说明书507份,对其"药代动力学"项的表述情况进行分类汇总,并对典型问题加以分析。结果:我国药品说明书"药代动力学"项普遍简单,缺乏统一标准,部分说明书存在原则错误,不能指导临床合理用药。结论:应多方协作,深入开展我国药品"药代动力学"的研究,提高药品说明书的临床合理用药指导作用。Objective： To know the present situations of pharmcokinetics in package inserts of china, provide reference for perfection and improvement of package inserts. Method ： Five hundreds and seven package inserts using in our hospital were collected, and their expressions of pharmacokinetics was classified, their typical problems was analysed. Result： Package inserts of china were all sim- ple, lack of uniform standards. Some of them had errors of principle, and could not be used to guide clinical rational administration of drug. Conclusion： Further study of pharmcokineties with multi-side participation shall be stressed, to improve the package inserts level of rational administration of drug.
