摘　　要：本文首先探讨了网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务工作的主要特征;其次研究了信息资源建设、信息传输系统、软硬件设施建设和队伍建设等构建网络信息服务工作平台的几个必要条件,最后提出了网络信息服务方式拓展和创新的方法和策略,从而为高校的教学科研和人才培养提供更高水平的服务。Firstly, this paper discussed the main characters of the information service of the university library on the net- work environments. Secondly, the information resources, information transmission system, the hardware and software facilities, the building of a contingent of several other necessary link to build the online information services. Finally, this paper focused on expand and innovative methods and strategies ways of the network information services ways to provide a higher level of service for the research and personnel training of university.
