养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养血清脑颗粒长疗程治疗慢性脑供血不足(chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency,CCCI)的疗效。方法:诊断为CCCI、连续每天服用3次养血清脑颗粒(4 g)的109例患者,分别于服药4周、8周和12周观察临床症状的变化以及治疗前后的血流变学和经颅多普勒检查(transcranial doppler,TCD)的变化。结果:连续服用8周的患者总有效率显著高于服用4周者(P<0.01);服用12周的患者总有效率显著高于前两者(P<0.01);治疗12周后血流变学和TCD指标获得改善(P<0.01)。结论:长疗程应用养血清脑颗粒治疗CCCI安全可靠。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Yangxue Qingnao granule with long course treatment on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI）.Methods：One hundred and nine patients who were diagnosed CCCI took Yangxue Qingnao granule（4 g,tid） orally,consecutively.The changes of clinical symptoms were observed after 4,8 and 12 weeks.The changes of blood rheology and transcranial doppler（TCD） examination were also observed after 4,8 and 12 weeks.Results：Effective power of patients who had take Yangxue Qingnao granule for 8 weeks was higher than who took it for 4 weeks（P〈0.01）,and the effective power of patients taking the medicine for 12 weeks was higher than the others（P〈0.01）.Indexes of blood rheology and TCD examination after 12 weeks were improved.Conclusions：Long course treatment with Yangxue Qingnao granule on CCCI is safely and reliable.
