摘　　要：丁二酸是三羧酸循环的中间产物,同时也是微生物的代谢产物之一,其作为一种重要的化工原料,在医药、食品以及表面活性剂、生物可降解塑料等行业有着广泛的用途。综述了目前国内外丁二酸化学法和生物法合成的研究进展以及工业化生产能力和市场状况。Succinic acid, a intermediate in citric acid cycle , is produced by microbial metabolism. As an important chemical raw material, succinic acid has widely potential and practical use inseveral field , such as medicine, food, surfactant and biodegradable plastics et al. In this article, the recent development of chemical and biological production processes are reviewed, as well as the production capability and market information of succinic acid.
