摘　　要：目的研究腔隙性脑梗死患者妇科手术的围术期处理。方法通过回顾性分析同济医院妇产科在2001～2009年对11例隙性脑梗死患者实施妇科手术前、术中、术后的处理,总结治疗效果。结果实施妇科手术的11例合并有腔隙性脑梗死的患者术后未出现并发症,治疗效果较满意。结论对有腔隙性脑梗死实施妇科手术的患者针对其疾病的特点,做好围手术期处理,可有效减少并发症的发生。Objective To study the perioperative management of gynecological patients with lacunar cerebral intarction. Methods A total of 11 cases of gynecological patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were diagnosed and treated from 1991 to 2009 in Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College, HUST. Clinical and pathological data were reviewed and analyzed. Results Eleven cases of gynecological patients with lacunar cerebral infarction had no postoperative complications, and the curative effectiveness was satisfactory. Conclusion In gynecological patients with lacunar cerebral infarction, perioperative management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
